How do I place an order?

1: Just give us a call on "022 428 7008" and we will give you the details of how to place the order and payment.

2: You can also email us your orders on: "smu108@uclive.ac.nz", just choose from the operating hours and we will give you the packet at the designated location.

Payments

As a start-up we are tight on budget and hence we would take payments in advance and deliver the product by evening. When we take your order, we will take your student id number as well and while delivering we will check with the list and your mobile number.

Secure Payment

Since we are a small start-up working under the center for entrepreneurship (CFE) at UC, we are bound by the rules and regulations of the challenge. Please be assured that all your payments are safe. In case of any doubt, please speak to the person on the given number and he/she will guide you about the right details. You can also speak to CFE if you have any questions or queries.

Returns & Refunds

As the products are so cheap and good quality, we are sure you would never want to return it. But still, if you decide to do so, please ensure that none of the products are damaged and they can be resold to others. As these products comes with a shelf life, we would request you to return the product in a stipulated time. We will pay back the money immediately or would arrange for a refund as early as possible.
